What kind of therapy approaches and techniques will I receive?
The approach and content of therapy is adapted to your situation, personality, and your views of self and the world. There may be different approaches that could be effective in treating your issues and goals. I use evidenced-based practices, and I work collaboratively with you. A combination of education, insight, cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, family systems, and behavioral medicine approaches are utilized.
